Balsham have also been accepted
as a distributor and installer of Ward's Topdek system.
Topdek is a pre-engineered insulated membrane roof deck system
designed specifically for low pitch and flat roof building
applications above 1:80 ( 0.72 degrees ) roof slope or curved
roofs with a radiius greater than 70 metres.
The system holds a 30 year
life cycle warranty, allows extremely fast installation and
is cost advantageous. A range of quality accessories such
as flashings, upstands, gutters and the like completes the
Topdek system.
The Euroseam system provides
the flexibility to achieve aesthetically pleasing designs
whether the application is functional, industrial or innovative
and creative. Smooth curves both on elevation and plan combined
with the systems low visual impact allow clean lines and
forms to transform building profiles.
Euroseam is regularly specified
on low pitch and barrel vault roofs, it can equally
utilise material properties in creating visually stimulating
wave forms, ski-slopes, multiple radii and multiple ppitches
for example. Tapered sheets allow further flexibility such
as curving on plan from relatively small to very large radii
and a variety of applications which retain all the advantages
of teh standard lap detail.
